TASTE: Clear, soft and malty. Creamy and persistent spume. Initial taste with slightly sweet and fruity tones, with dry and slightly bitter finish at the end.
CONSUMPTION: Excellent for both drinking and dining, apart from the classic perfect pairing with pizza, it goes well with delicate first courses and second courses of fish and white meats and vegetables.
